About Your Instructor:
Chula Linda Gemignani CMT, Bodyworker, DFR™ Founder, Instructor, Author, Somatic NLP Coach

I have dedicated myself to the world of massage therapy for over 20 years. I have had a passion for healing touch since I was a child and eventually it led me to become a Certified Massage Therapist. In 2009, I discovered the joyful and rewarding specialty of pregnancy massage and now teach it along with other advanced skills and specialties. I have been teaching professional massage therapists since 2017.

Throughout this incredible journey, I’ve developed a unique and nurturing style that has allowed me to maintain a thriving practice. Dynamic Fascial Response® (DFR) is a massage approach with a somatic foundation, combining select modalities into a highly effective session that sees results.

I offer you a warm welcome and I am excited to share my knowledge with you. I will help you to grow your practice and develop your skills and confidence so that you can joyfully provide exquisite services to your community. For after all, massage is spreading peace -one body at a time.

Chula’s Values:

I value and maintain sanctuary space -my live courses are a safe place to unwind and be yourself, gather skills and network with other professionals.

I also believe that all students should be given the chance to learn at their own pace within their own means and so I have created a beautiful and affordable online course curriculum for folks who prefer a slower pace or cannot afford to travel to a live course.

Land Acknowledgement:

We reside and run this business in ‘Ustomah (Nevada City, California)  Nisenan land and wish to acknowledge the Nevada City Rancheria Nissan Tribe still among us today though nearly invisible.

We acknowledge that we are on Nisenan land that was never ceded and the original tribal families have yet to recover from the near genocide of their people.

As a resident or visitor in Nisenan land, we support the Nevada City Rancheria Nissan Tribe in efforts to stabilize their people as well as their campaign to restore federal recognition
