Labor stimulation supports your late term pregnancy. Of course, it is not a replacement for medical care but is a great means of additional support for inducing labor. When you have the green light from your prenatal care provider, this session will use relaxation techniques and acupressure to help stimulate labor. Contractions for clients usually start a few hours after a session, sometimes the following day. No promises. My success rate is about 70% within two days of induction session. However, the baby will come when it’s time or there may be more serious reasons for the delay. This is a first step in birth stimulation and it is often successful. Never the less, clients find the session effective in preparing for labor as the point are intense and drop the client into an experience of what it means to be present with strong sensations.
